Thank you Baroness! I think it balances out - you have 'estate sales' and 'yard sales', and I've had some good buys from thrift stores in the US, which are cheaper than our 'charity shops' over here. But I do love a car-boot sale, my beloved got a guitar for 10 pence the other week!!
