DeleteLovely dress! I badly need some of these in my wardrobe and thankfully have a pattern, so I hope it isn't too hard to make!
ReplyDeleteOh gosh, you are clever, intending to sew something as big as a dress! Good luck - can't wait to see photos!! P x
DeleteThat cardigan is gorgeous!

It seems to be popular! I'll have to wear it more often. P x
DeleteReally cute outfit! I love this style of dresses at the moment, and it really suits you :) Plus the little birds on the cardigan are so cute too!

Thanks Sian! Cheers for stopping by! P x
DeleteYou look adorable, darling!
ReplyDeleteThe red embroidered cardigan is fabulous. It reflects spring, therefore I'm loving it.
(might I notice the sunshine around you - I'm a bit envious, since we're having clouds and a good chance of rain)
Many hugs
Marija
The sunshine didn't last Maja, sigh, but let's hope Spring isn't too far now! p x
DeleteOh please send some sunshine my way. Your outfit is just lovely and love those sunglasses. I've been on the hunt for a new pair for the next summer.
ReplyDeleteIt's such a fabulously easy to wear piece! I sport shirtwaist dresses more often than any other style in my daily life. For a while, I wore one (80s does 40s) floral print one so often, the postman even commented on how it must have been a favourite of mine (because he saw me open the door in it so often).
ReplyDeleteMany happy congratulations to your friends on their new bundle of joy!
♥ Jessica
*PS* You look terrific - that cardigan is making me go weak in the knees (want/love!).
I've got a lovely mental image of you in a floral dress greeting the postie! Thank you, glad you like the look, you are the icon of style so it makes me feel good that you have given it the thumbs up! P x
DeleteI love that cardigan! So cute. Red and black is one of my favorite combos. Shirtwaists are one of my favorite dress silhouettes. You look fantastic!
ReplyDeleteThank you Paulette, red and black is never a shy look, so you have to feel confident to wear it I think! Some days I go for something a bit more subtle! P x
DeleteOh yes, I am also a fan of a shirtdress or two, great that they can be dressed up or down (usually down for me!), lovely shoes too! :)
ReplyDeleteShirtdresses are the future I think Katie! P x
