I'm open to more suggestions on how to style this jumper! I have worn it over a red shirt dress too, but I think I prefer this outfit better.

I adore this outfit! You look so classy. Lisa x (@cthulhuwakes - astarfellonher.wordpress.com)
ReplyDeleteAw, thanks lovely! I have been away and need to catch up on your blog, hope all is good with you x
DeleteAh the necklace from your Sainsbury's shop - glad to see it in use, goes so nicely here :) I think when I have a plain jumper like this, my favourite thing is to make it into a sweater girl look and tuck it into a pencil skirt or full skirt, preferably with patterns for a contrast. Hair in a ponytail like yours is here, and you're done! x
ReplyDeleteThat's such a fab idea, and I'm wondering why I didn't think of that?! I don't think i've tried this jumper tucked in at all, thanks for that suggestion! P x
DeleteReally lovely colours! Love your blog, it's so nice and individual!
ReplyDeleteHave you discovered any Helen Dunmore books before? She writes so beautifully about historical settings!

Those shoes!!! That necklace!!! All of it - love, love, love - very much including the colour palette itself, which strikes me, suddenly, as being very well suited to late summer early spring, as we hand off season from one filled with lilac shades to another where black and grey often rule the landscape.

I LOVE this outfit! The contrast between the menswear inspired look of the shoes and layers, and the fun necklace, is so perfect! Really great look, and great colors.
ReplyDeleteThis is one outfit I'd wear exactly like that head to toe. Those color-blocked brogue shoes and the sweater are lovely. =)
ReplyDeletethose brogues are SO awesome X
