Dry days mean more time to explore these mountains, and the view never disappoints.
These were taken on the Rhigos mountain road that winds its way from the valley I live in to the edge of the Brecon Beacons. In the below picture, you can see Pen Y Fan, South Wales' highest peak, in the distance on the right. I'm going to climb it one day soon!
Holy cow, what a view!! These are beautiful photos. Makes me want to hike myself!

I'm ashamed I've never climbed Pen-Y-Fan!! It's on the list!!! x
DeleteThat is such a breathtakingly beautiful, inviting landscape. I adore areas such as this where one can stare out at the world for miles around and always find new things to see and explore each time you visit.

It's not on the same scale as America and Canada, but it does have a beauty all its own! x
DeleteIt is such a gorgeous place at this time of year - must make you feel so joyful just to get out and about.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely, if it's a nice day and I wake up early I'm so keen to go and explore! x
DeleteI love the Brecon Beacons! You are so lucky to live somewhere so magical. Do you go to the Green man Festival? One of my favourite festivals. x
ReplyDeleteI've been to quite a few Green Mans, it's such a lovely festival isn't it? The OH is a musician so he's played it a few times. Have you been to End of the Road in Wiltshire? Similar feel I think x
DeleteGorgeous photos!
