I was finally well enough last night to pose for a selfie as I waited for some home-made canapes. I was feeling a bit Mad Men in a '60s inspired mini dress, teamed with my gold Bertie sandals. We stayed in and played parlour games, and it was a gentle start to the New Year, which was just what I needed.
What did you get up to for New Year's Eve?
Happy 2015! Looking fab as always. Lynne xx
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year! (Penblwydd Newydd Hapus, I think...) You do look one groovy chick in that frock. I hope 2015 merits the attention!
ReplyDeleteAs do I! I think 2014 was quite a toughie for a lot of folks. You look sensational, dear gal, and I hope that the rest of your gives you plenty of reasons to celebrate every bit as much as you were that day!
ReplyDeleteHappiest New Year's wishes!

Very Mad Men indeed, thats a super dress! It was a quiet one for me too, a family roast dinner, and us all falling asleep in front a film with a glass of port before waking up at midnight for a bit of Jools Holland! Cosy and lovely, a nice start to it all!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year! x
Love this perfectly 60's-inspired look! I'm glad you had a nice and easy intro to the new year. I did as well and really appreciated it. I hope it's a wonderful year for you, too!
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Jenny
Looking hot in that little get-up! Look at those long pins... Envy! Your New Year's Eve sounds like my idea of perfect, although this year I did even less than that. And you know what? Best one I've had for ages - I hate the pressure to have a super amazing night, it always ends in tears! Here's to a good one :) CC x
ReplyDeleteA delightful 60s frock, dear lady. Most definitely channeling your inner Megan Draper with that ensemble. Wishing you a happy and healthy 2015!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous legs and fabulous hair! Happy New Year to you. xxx
ReplyDeleteDamn! You've got some killer legs! Sounds like you had a nice, low key NYE.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I got my Bloglovin' issues sorted out, so you can follow me now if you want to. Yay!

Your legs!!! You look gorgeous! I love your whole outfit. Homemade canapés sound like just the thing for New Year's. I wish I had dressed up but I was in pajamas! I hope you have a wonderful New Year!
